Norris E-Commerce Management, Inc. is a company of vision and growth with over 50 Niche e-commerce sites. They are a leader in the online furniture and medical products world. The company currently employs over 30 people including; customer service, graphic design, marketing, data entry, programmers, warehouse personnel and a complete call center.

In 1997, our flagship company, Pain Relievers™ was founded by Wichita Kansas Chiropractor, Tracy A. Norris, D.C. who saw the vision that customers all over the world would benefit from the products he offered to his patients in his Wichita office. In 1997, during the time of the “dot com” crash, and without any knowledge of computers or internet training, he created a small website, www.PainReliever.com. The likelihood for success was very small, however with perseverance and savvy business and medical knowledge Dr. Norris′ vision was soon realized and Pain Relievers, Inc. is now a leading online medical product company.

In 1998, seeing the success of his medical supply company thrive, Dr. Norris started a new company selling home computer desks on his first furniture website ComputerFurnitureSales.com. Using the same growth techniques of internet marketing and smart computer programming even better success came about and now both companies are producing multi-million dollar sales for furniture and medical goods.

In 2007, with further growth in mind, Dr. Norris retired from his Chiropractic practice to manage the online ventures full time. The current 40,000 sq. ft facility, located at 8405 E. Kellogg in Wichita, KS, houses the internet venture, warehouse & coming mid 2011 retail space. The business was formerly located in a 5,800 sq. ft. facility, built in the early 2000s and located at 2081 N Webb road in Wichita, Kansas, that once housed both his internet and Chiropractic businesses but was for eight years used for the online ventures. In addition to the headquarters in Wichita, the company also operates a 6000 sq ft medical product warehouse.

Although Norris E-Commerce Management, Inc. has done business with Federal, State and local governments over the past 13 years as iFurn.com, Inc., and Pain Relievers, Inc. they have added an entire government division in 2010 to better serve the needs of the contracting officer. The company is now comprised of two divisions, government and commercial.
